The House of Dupuy was founded in 1852 by Auguste Dupuy, who passed on the business to his nephew Edmond. He advised him to place his oldest and most precious eaux-de-vie in the "Paradis" cellars. In 1905, the Bache-Gabrielsen family took over the House of Dupuy.

The "Rare Réserve" Collection is made up of unique batches. Each batch corresponds to a single cask of Grande or Petite Champagne that has been preserved for years in the "Chai Paradis".

Its natural colour is due to the fact that it is not cold-filtered.

This know-how has been perpetuated for generations. Each batch has a number of limited edition, numbered bottles, unique as the cognac they contain.
