Tasting notes :
Eye : Amber.
Nose : Elegant and complex with fruity
and empyreumatic notes.
Palate : After a sweet and delicious initial
attack, marked by notes of caramel and chocolate,
this Cognac evolves into delicate aromas of
candied orange, before revealing refined touches
of leather.
Finish : Beautiful length on the palate.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Terroir : clay-limestone soil.
Average ageing : 20 years in French Limousin oak barrels.

To be enjoyed neat, taking the time to savour it after having first appreciated its colour and aromas on the nose before bringing it to the palate.
