Description
Tasting notes :
Colour : deep amber tones.
Nose : aromatic complexity with notes of precious Cedar wood and sweet cinnamon, fresh pepper and tobacco, walnut, leather, honey and toasted flavours.
Palate : Balanced and complex, rich and corpulent in character, its exotic aromas and notes of spices reveal a taste for adventure.
Finish : long with notes of licorice.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Crus : Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois.
Ageing : minimum 15 years old in French oak barrels in a humid cellar.
