Tasting notes :
Colour : Antique amber.
Nose : Notes of candied fruits, prune, flowers, iris and spices combine to form a rich, complex nose.
Palate : Rich, elegant aromas of candied fruits, spices and wood radiate throughout the palate, with notes of prune and leather recalling the decades of maturation of this eau-de-vie.
A blend of Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie aged on our family single estate.
Ageing : minimum 10 years in French oak casks.
It's a small batch, limited edition to 1300 bottles !
