Tasting notes :
Colour : amber with mahogany highlights.
Nose : rich and elegant, with aromas of candied fruit, toasted hazelnut and vanilla. Notes of leather, cocoa and delicately toasted wood add depth and complexity to the overall profile.
Palate : round and pleasant, with a lovely smoothness from the very first sip. There are delicious notes of ripe fruit and vanilla, accompanied by a slight hint of spices.
Finish : long, warm and delicately oaky.
Clay-limestone terroir.
Ageing : in French oak barrels.
Best enjoyed as a digestif.
